I am a Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals and couples to help them transform their inner and relational conflicts into opportunities for growth and life change. I come from a depth psychology orientation, which takes into account the unconscious beliefs, attitudes, and self-defeating patterns hidden from everyday awareness that impact our well-being and relationships. In my practice, I use approaches like EMDR, psychodynamic, Jungian depth, and Somatic therapies to help you transform your inner and relational conflicts into opportunities for growth and life change.

I did my graduate research in EMDR, which has shown to be effective in the treatment of PTSD, complex trauma and other deep rooted issues. Utilizing EMDR and a depth oriented somatic approach in my practice has been very effective for clients who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns or are plagued by overwhelming emotions.

I have a relational style and depth/psychodynamic oriented approach. I incorporate mindfulness, imaginal/dream work, EMDR, cognitive, and somatic therapies to address clients' issues in an integrative way. Tailoring my approach to each individual allows them to develop the necessary psychological tools that work best to help them navigate life's challenges.

Pregnancy After Loss Support Group

Being pregnant again after a miscarriage, perinatal loss or termination for medical reasons can present a host of unique and painful challenges. Many find that they are holding two realities at once – the hope and dreams that come with a new pregnancy, and the grief and anxiety that occur following a loss. It is important to know you are not alone; there are others on this path with you and many who have walked this path before. Join us for a four-week expressive arts support group in which we will explore the joys and difficulties of being pregnant again.
