I am trained and skilled in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and am a Certified EMDR therapist. I will work with you to build understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and offer healing and hope. It is my goal to help you reach your goals, and for you to feel empowered, confident, healed, hopeful and ready to embrace each new day.
