In view of the recent Pandemic our children and their parents, caregivers, and others are struggling with the day to day routine of their lives, as it has quickly changed from the norm that everyone has known. My style is caring, warm and nurturing while offering a safe and therapeutic environment.
I specialize in working with children and start as young as 3. Play is the natural way in which children express and work through unconscious conflicts. My responsibility as a play therapist is to go to a child's level and communicate with children through the medium with which they are comfortable, Play! I also use CBT, DBT, and many mindfulness therapie
