Hold Me Tight Couples Workshop

A two-day workshop for couples to enrich their relationship. Couples learn about negative interaction patterns couples get stuck in, and how to shift these cycles to connect more deeply and meaningfully. Couples also deepen their experience over the course of the workshop to address topics like forgiveness and intimacy.
