I am passionate about working with clients undergoing grief and other emotional disruptions in their lives. Additionally, I am equally enthusiastic about helping my client's discover their true potential in life, and creating the steps to attaining such progress.
I integrate multiple theories into my work such as: Bowenian, Experiential, Solution Focused, and Attachment. Goals will be set depending on what the client needs, and the process of therapy will entail moments of self-reflection, esteem-building, emotional regulation, and stress management.
