Welcome! I am happy you are here! Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re unsure what to expect. My goal is to make therapy feel approachable, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I work with adolescents and adults 15 and older navigating depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, addiction, social stigma, immigration stress, and life transitions. Sessions with me are reflective and we move at a pace that feels comfortable while still supporting meaningful growth.
My approach is compassionate, integrating motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, and cognitive behavioral therapy, helping you better understand yourself while developing tools to manage life’s challenges more effectively. Together, we explore how past experiences, relationships, and internal beliefs shape present struggles.
