My usual clientele is between 5 and 80 years old. I see individuals, families, teens, and children. As a trauma therapist, I can assist you in healing from past trauma. I can help you feel empowered with resources and skills through the use of EMDR therapy. and/or Internal Family Systems.
Therapy sessions should be a safe place to explore thoughts and feelings without judgement. It's important that the therapist can relate to the client and that the client feels comfortable enough to open up.
