I really love (& have lots of experience) working with people at the following intersections: complex PTSD (especially religious trauma & sexual trauma), faith deconstruction, healing from purity culture, ethical non-monogamy/polyamory, kink, and gender/sexual identity. I am fiercely LGBTQ+ affirming- you are seen & celebrated here! I work from a non-religious, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens, with a focus on building self-compassion and mindfulness practices.
I am warm, kind, and gentle, but not afraid to challenge you. I love back-and-forth dialogue and have a knack for asking just the right thing at just the right time. I bring my authentic, human self to therapy, and I believe in the healing power of safe relationships. I try to bring value to every session together, and truly love what I do.
Outside of therapy, I’m also a mother, a partner, a lover of strong coffee, a gardener, and an avid reader. I have two very good rescue dogs named Dolly and Milo.
