I work with adults, especially those looking to heal from complex or childhood trauma, but welcome clients who have a variety of diagnoses and life circumstances they’re seeking support for. As a therapist with Autism and ADHD, I understand firsthand how trauma can be complicated by neurodivergence and why working with a professional who understands this is crucial to effective healing for those who are neurodivergent themselves. I have a special focus on the mind-body connection and offer both psychodynamic and somatic approaches.
Therapy with me is unique to you as an individual and your nervous system. Generally, it consists of psychoeducation, learning of coping skills tailored to your nervous system, and processing of whatever material is agreed to be helpful or that reveals itself during your process. I'm trained in EMDR and the Safe and Sound audio healing protocol.
Whether this is your first time considering therapy, or you're returning after having done it before, finding a therapy and a therapist that is a good fit makes all of the difference in the world.
