I currently maintain a waitlist. I am EMDR trained and provide therapy for trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, and addiction/recovery issues. I recognize that each of you are unique human beings and that life can be difficult and painful. Together we seek your individualized treatment plan. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) since 2018 (to present) & work with trauma, PTSD. I am also trained in MI (2019), CBT(2014), Internal Family Systems (2021 to present) and Clinical Hypnosis (2015 to present). I also maintain substance use credentials (CADC II - 2010)
I am personally familiar with trauma and addiction recovery and the deep personal struggle of what it takes to get sober, develop coping skills and create a new and strong life. My goal is to provide you a supportive, non-judgemental space to share your story, identify uncomfortable emotions, and help you make the changes you need to build the life you want.
