Does your child's ADHD make school feel like a daily war, or their anxiety turn ordinary situations into something they can't get through? Is your teen shutting down, avoiding things, or showing signs of autism that haven't been named yet and you're not sure where to turn? Children carry more than most people recognize, and finding the right person to work with them matters. I work with kids ages 4 through 19 in Nevada — children who struggle to focus, regulate, or feel okay in their own skin. When they get the right support, the shift shows up in their grades, their friendships, and what happens at home.
I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, and autism in children and teens. With younger kids, I use play therapy and expressive arts — drawing, movement, music — because that's how they actually process. With older kids and teens, I bring in CBT to build real skills around attention and worry. Parents are part of the work too.
