I also work with adults who are going through difficult or unexpected life changes, as well as adults who feel anxious or depressed.
I provide a warm and supportive space to work through these challenges honestly, where we can confront how you are feeling and move towards feeling whole. Together we will work to build coping mechanisms, maintain healthy relationships, and find joy again.
