Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor, able to see clients in MD, DC, and VA. I have over a decade of experience providing individual, couples, and group therapy in the private practice setting. I specialize in working with issues around reproductive mental health, including: infertility & IVF, pregnancy/perinatal loss, NICU trauma, and navigating the postpartum period. These issues are important to me professionally as a therapist and personally as an IVF and NICU mom. I also work with clients dealing with other presenting concerns, including self-esteem issues, early childhood trauma, and anxiety.
I provide my clients with a safe, non-judgmental environment to process the emotions, thoughts, and fears, pertaining to the issues that are bringing you in to therapy. I will validate, support, and challenge you appropriately. Many clients find comfort in having a therapist who "gets it". I value that aspect in addition to my training as a therapist.
As a client-centered therapist, I will work with you to make sure our work together fits your needs and goals, while keeping your comfort and safety in sessions as a top priority.
