Announcement icon I am pleased to be offering in-person sessions in Rockville, MD. Teletherapy available to clients located in Maryland and Virginia.
Our early experiences and relationships pave the way for how we live our lives in the present. My approach with clients involves “diving deep” to explore the early experiences and relationships that impacted them positively or negatively. In the present day, my clients often report experiencing issues with relationships, self-esteem, overall mental health, and other anxieties, commonly as a result of their past experiences. Together, we will help you to reclaim your sense of self, trust in others, and work through the fears, worries, and insecurities that get in the way. I look forward to this journey with you.
I have advanced training and certifications in trauma therapy, working with survivors of sexual abuse or domestic violence, and in Gottman couples counseling techniques. I provide client-centered, supportive therapy, utilizing a range of modalities, including Psychodynamic, CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Health at Every Size (HAES).
I am accepting new clients for in-person appointments in North Bethesda, MD or virtually for clients located anywhere in Maryland or Virginia. I am very responsive and will respond to inquiries within 24 hours. I provide free consultations with potential clients to determine if we are a good fit and this helps clients to feel safe and comfortable right away.
