I view therapy as a place where you will both start to feel better, and get better at feeling.

I believe healing happens in relationship. We’re shaped by the people and experiences we’ve loved, lost, trusted, feared, and longed for. And the patterns we picked up early on - about how to be, what to feel, and whether it’s safe to need - don’t just disappear. But in a new kind of relationship, like therapy, they can begin to shift.
