With compassionate support, I help woman experiencing emotional challenges from overwhelm, grief, anxiety, depression, inner child traumas, difficult relationships, damaged self-esteem, addictions of all types and other dysfunctional behaviors learn from these challenges and significantly improve her ability to navigate these aspects of her life.
Through many years of practice, I have intentionally acquired specialized trainings and certifications to prepare me for my calling of holding healing spaces for women.
