As a psychotherapist with over 20 yrs of private practice experience, I draw upon a blend of cognitive, somatic and integrative therapies to help women assess and address their mental wellness goals. With compassionate support, I help woman experiencing emotional challenges from overwhelm, grief, anxiety, depression, inner child traumas, difficult relationships, damaged self-esteem, addictions of all types and other dysfunctional behaviors learn from these challenges and significantly improve her ability to navigate these aspects of her life.
Through many years of practice, I have intentionally acquired specialized trainings and certifications to prepare me for my calling of holding healing spaces for women. Life and personal experience has uniquely positioned me as an authority on women's mental health issues and I look forward to working with you.
