I work with women who want freedom from what haunts them. Women who are willing and ready to do the work to free themselves from the grip of whatever holds them. Addiction, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, a traumatic event, unhealthy relationships, you name it. Our past experiences coupled with our current modern society deeply affect our ability to find balance within our minds, bodies, and spirits. Healing is about returning to balance in these three areas. What does that look like?
For the body: We focus on nervous system regulation utilizing mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR. For the mind: We identify your beliefs, values, and behaviors and work to align them while doing healing work via reparenting the inner child. For the spirit or soul: We focus on purpose and meaning and cultivating community, creativity and play.
The world needs women who are rooted in their own voice, who've accepted both their shadow and light, who are not afraid to challenge the status quo, and who are in touch with their magical, wild selves.
