I believe the relationship with ourself will determine our quality of relationship with others. We have intrinsic, untapped power to change thoughts and behaviors that rob us of the joy, peace and acceptance we so very much desire. I am a LCSW with more than 15 years of experience helping others with life transitions; health concerns, career challenges, marriage, divorce, childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety & depression.
