Sometimes it is hard to cope or deal with our everyday lives, jobs, family, school or relationships. The simplest thing can be overwhelming because of depression, anxiety or other stressors. My job is to work on your ability to be happy and function in life in a way that helps you move ahead and cope with life’s challenges in a manner that helps you accomplish your goals.
My hope is to create an environment where you feel comfortable and at ease or sort out what is going in life or in your head. I focus on progress and change. You may have that goal or problem defined before you come in, if not we will work together to see what that may be for you. My goal is your goal.
