Life is a puzzle, most of us are just trying to figure out where the pieces go. Some have a lot, some a few, and almost all of us have that section we keep redoing. That is okay. That is the work.
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) LCSW, I believe therapy should feel like somewhere you want to show up. We do not need to finish the whole puzzle, just enough of a picture to help you make sense of where you are and where you want to go.
I work with adults navigating stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness, conduct immigration evaluations and write mental health content. Whenever you, I am here.
Therapy with me will not feel like sitting across from someone with a clipboard and a poker face. I am bilingual (English/Spanish), warm, and I believe a good laugh can be part of good therapy. I bring my whole self because that is what makes this work. My background spans therapy, immigration evaluations, end-of-life doula support, and content writing.
