Many of the women I work with are used to being the strong one, the one who holds everything together, anticipates everyone’s needs, and keeps pushing even when they feel disconnected from themselves. On the outside, it may look like anxiety, overthinking, people pleasing, or difficulty setting boundaries. Underneath, it often feels like losing your voice, questioning your worth, and not knowing who you are outside of who others need you to be.
I specialize in helping women heal anxiety, self-abandonment, and relational wounds rooted in childhood experiences, family dynamics, and attachment patterns. This may include mother wounds, father wounds, fear of rejection, difficulty trusting yourself, or feeling like you don’t fully belong.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you reconnect with your voice, your needs, and your identity. My goal is to help you move from survival mode into a deeper sense of self-trust, confidence, belonging, and healthier relationships with yourself and others.
