I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years' experience in helping individuals,couples and families identify and resolve life's challenges and problems. We then focus on understanding your needs and issues and identify solutions. I utilize a supportive, individualized, eclectic approach to therapy for each client that will encourage you to confidently express your thoughts and feelings.
My intent is to collaborate with you to create result-oriented goals that will allow you to reduce your stress level and develop techniques and skills to foster change and improve the quality of your life. I have extensive experience working with clients from many backgrounds.
I work with children to seniors on issues including: anxiety, depression, marital difficulties/couples counseling, anger management, drug and alcohol problems, bereavement, school problems, and career transitions. I can assess individuals for short term disability and I complete the necessary paperwork. I have also counseled those undergoing weight loss surgery.
