I am passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults across the lifespan as they navigate challenges and developmental transitions. These may include anxiety, depression, and stress related to school or career changes, relationships, parenting, and shifts in identity or life direction. I work with teens and adults experiencing difficulties with emotional regulation, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism, and patterns of self-harm, as well as those feeling overwhelmed or constrained by anxiety and mood-related concerns.
I provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and build practical coping skills. Together, we work to strengthen self-compassion, confidence, and resilience to navigate life’s changes with balance and empowerment.
