I am a talk and somatic therapist, passionate about supporting adults and children through therapy. I work with adults most often on: anxiety, trauma, emotion regulation, relationships, self-esteem, decision-making, grief, and life transitions. With children, I treat: anger, trauma, adjusting to change, friendship skills, bullying, general/social/separation anxiety, frequent arguing, self-esteem, withdrawnness, school-based issues, OCD, and PANS/PANDAS. I welcome clients who are queer, gender-nonconforming, in poly/non-traditional relationship structures, kink, and those who feel misunderstood, on the outside, or in the margins.
I draw from somatic, narrative, DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic therapies, and also play therapy, art, and social-emotional learning skills (SEL) with children. I work with parents on parenting skills, attunement, and fostering a positive school experience. I am informed by many years as an elementary school teacher.
