I specialize in working with adolescents (18+) and adults struggling with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress related to recovery. In addition to supporting individuals in recovery, I also work with family members and loved ones affected by addiction. I understand the emotional toll that addiction can have on relationships and help loved ones navigate their own healing journey, healthy boundaries, and coping strategies.

I incorporate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness training, to empower clients.
