Hi there, I'm Rosalie Ann! Welcome! I'm glad you're here! Life's challenges can sometimes leave us feeling alone, anxious, depressed, or unsure of ourselves and our relationships. When this happens, it helps to have support. Together, we can work on building coping skills, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and finding strategies that improve your quality of life. My goal for working with you is to help you feel heard, empowered, and motivated to work toward steps in improving your mood and, in turn, improving how you experience life.
I provide compassionate, goal-oriented therapy to help adults manage life transitions/changes, depression, anxiety, grief, and stress. My approach integrates CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies to foster insight, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being.
