For the past 10 years, I've supported adults living with grief, trauma, life transitions, chronic illnesses, depression, anxiety, end of life, and other concerns. My approach is collaborative and supportive - I believe healing happens when feeling truly seen and understood. I offer a nonjudgmental space for you to move toward clarity, peace, and well-being.
My therapeutic style is person-centered, solution focused, and gently challenging.
