I graduated from the Rhode Island College School of Social Work in 2015 and have worked with adults facing grief, trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, and end-of-life issues. I understand how these challenges affect family, work, and relationships. I also support clients with depression, anxiety, and stress.
My goal for working with you is to help you feel heard, empowered, and motivated to work toward steps in improving your mood and in turn improving how you experience life. My approach is person-centered, solution focused, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and gently challenging. I look forward to our work toward a better quality of life for you!
