My approach is grounded in identifying thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck or living a life that you are unhappy with. I bring warmth and energy into my work, collaborating with clients to explore patterns with compassion rather than judgment. If integrating your faith is important to you, I am more than happy to offer that as well.
I tailor each session to meet the client's needs. I use the best approach that works for you in the moment. They are all evidence-based approaches. Those approaches range from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify thought patterns to Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which can support a variety of situations.
