I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with eight years of clinical experience who enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples, and LGBTQ people. I focus on issues such as Depression, Divorce, Anxiety, Peer Relationships, and Family Conflict. My therapeutic approaches include Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Person-Centered, Trauma Focused, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT) modalities. I am a bilingual therapist who has been working with clients since 2014. I believe that we all can benefit from speaking to a non-biased person.
I have a very calm tone of voice when speaking with my clients. I will build rapport and help you see your growth through therapy. I am very open-minded and will always show empathy toward you every step of the way. Success is different for every client, and it will also be different for you.
In the first session, I always try to get as much information as possible and find out why someone seeks to meet with a therapist. Sometimes looking at the past and dealing with it can be very beneficial, even if it is painful. We all make mistakes, and mistakes can help us become better people.
