I take a psychodynamic and humanistic perspective. I also am trained in EMDR and TRM, both techniques to work with trauma. I am currently getting Certified in EMDR. I like to integrate psychodynamic techniques and modalities that are appropriate for each person. As a result, you will get a comprehensive treatment plan that is specific to you.
