I take a psychodynamic perspective and look at treatment planning through a humanistic lens. What this means is that we look at what it means to be human in today's world. I like to integrate psychodynamic techniques and modalities that are appropriate for each person. As a result, you will get a comprehensive treatment plan that's specific to you.
