Hello! My name is Rosa Schuff, and I am an Associate Social Worker (ASW). I am deeply committed to fostering a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can comfortably express themselves and navigate through complex issues. I am bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, allowing me to serve a diverse range of clients. My experience spans across various areas including anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, and life transitions, among others. I work with a wide age range of clients, from pre-teens and adolescents to adults and seniors.
My approach to therapy is rooted in helping individuals gain greater self-awareness and insight, explore relationship patterns, understand past experiences and unconscious processes, and how these continue to impact their present lives. My ultimate goal is to assist clients in making changes that lead to greater satisfaction in their lives.
