Hello, my name is Rosa A. O’Campo and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor providing telehealth therapeutic support to adult clients navigating through challenges such as self-esteem, anxiety, stressful circumstances, and interpersonal problems. I foster a safe space conducive to client uncensored self-exploration where life’s adversities are explored paving the way for personal growth. My therapeutic approach draws from Person-Centered Therapy as well as from CBT. I approach treatment as a compassionate facilitator encouraging each client’s process of self-discovery and growth.
I value the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and tailor my approach to honor each client’s unique needs. My communication style is open, warm, and non-judgmental. I value and encourage client feedback as well as collaboration in treatment.
I work with young adult female clients who are seeking support for challenges such as self-esteem, anxiety, stressful circumstances, and interpersonal problems. To ensure the safety and well-being of my clients, I do not work with individuals who have a history of suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, self-harm, or psychiatric hospitalizations.
