As a therapist, I believe that we attain personal development through our relationship with others, and that connecting with a therapist can provide a unique opportunity to address our fears, voice our deepest aspirations, and discover unknown parts of ourselves.
My approach in therapy is strengths-based, person-centered and informed by psychodynamic thinking. I recognize that each person is has a unique family, social, and cultural history, and that healing and growth can be dependent on numerous factors.
