I am a licensed marriage and family therapist working with couples and adults navigating relationship issues, addiction, abuse, multicultural families, and trauma, especially race-related trauma. I have special expertise in relationship work as I am trained in both the Gottman Method and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). I am based in our Bloomfield and Jersey City offices but am telehealth only right now due to the pandemic. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, BCBS/Horizon/Empire/Anthem, UMR, 1199, and United/Optum/Oxford. We are out of network with other plans but can check your costs up front and submit claims for you.
