*TELEHEALTH ONLY* You are not alone. Whether you’ve suffered the loss of a loved one, survived traumatic life experiences, trying to maintain your sobriety or recovery, or you’re trying to figure out how to love yourself…I am here to help and support you so you don’t have to do this alone.
I am passionate about helping my clients heal from past experiences and find inner peace and self-love. Additionally, as a Latina and Indigenous woman, I am passionate about helping people of color heal from experiences of racism, oppression, and discrimination in order to stand in their own light and connect to their own sense of empowerment.
I have extensive experience in providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings. I have advanced training in treatment of trauma disorders, suicide prevention, and suicide bereavement. My clinical experience also includes treating substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, dissociation, history of incarceration, and history of homelessness.
