I provide couples therapy for partners facing conflict, disconnection, betrayal, the parenting journey, and the painful question of whether to stay or divorce. Couples come to me feeling stuck in cycles of disconnection, reactivity, or misaligned dreams and values. I will help you slow down, and delve into the under layers of your dynamic, creating mutual understanding of what is driving the conflict. Our process will rebuild relational trust support more effective communication. Together we create space for honest conversations so your relationship can feel more secure and connected. My approach is warm, curious, and direct.
I help couples that are in crisis of conflict, betrayal, and the brink of divorce, as well as couples wishing to optimize their relationship. Using EFT, PACT, IFS, and Gottman Method I guide partners to understand patterns, rebuild trust and create deeper intimacy. I also support individuals navigating attachment wounds and relationship challenges.
Relationships can be a wellspring of joy, contentment, and safety. When partnership feels mired with hurt and misunderstanding, it can be painful, lonely, and deeply impactful.
