I am a licensed psychotherapist with experience supporting folks navigating Trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of overwhelming or painful life experiences. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when the mind, body, and nervous system are all invited into the process, at a pace that feels safe.
I offer trauma-informed, person-centered talk therapy, somatic approaches, and Art Therapy to help clients access healing beyond words. We may explore how your body holds stress or survival responses, use creativity to give voice to what feels hard to articulate, and build insight through collaborative conversation. There is no “right” way to show up.
I have a calm, attuned, nonjudgemental presence. Whether you are working through past trauma, feeling stuck in anxiety or depression, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, therapy can be a space to reconnect with with your inner resilience and sense of agency.
