About

Hello, I'm Rory. I am nonjudgemental, down to Earth, kind-hearted, and supportive. Have you survived something awful and need help healing and moving on? Does the past haunt you and block you from success and healthy relationships? Do you feel frustrated with yourself and want to change your patterns? Are you going through back to back crises and just need help navigating through the stress and uncertainty?
I believe in unlocking your innate ability to heal & evolve. Let's build a safe, trusting, and meaningful relationship where you can feel comfortable to unpack whatever you're going through each week. I'll collaborate with you to find treatment approaches that best suit your individual needs and keep you feeling supported & engaged. Let's find you relief!
I have over 10 years of experience working with Trauma Survivors, including folks wrestling with Life crisis, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, substance use and addiction recovery, LGBTQ issues, bullying, domestic violence, child abuse, sexual trauma, and anger management. I am a Survivor myself and deeply "get" a lot of what my clients are working through.

Dance Movement Therapy for Trauma Survivors

I believe in the profound healing power of Dance Movement Therapy. DMT explores the link between embodiment, consciousness, and healing; a particularly beneficial treatment modality for Trauma Survivors whose bodies have faced betrayal and crave a return to safety, regulation, and self-love. Dance it out!

Equine Therapy Group

Equine Assisted Therapy incorporates the mighty, empathic, and spiritual presence of therapy horses into psychotherapy. Horses outwardly mirror what we feel inside in a way that is nonjudgmental, sensitive, and pure. They bond with us nonverbally in a special relationship that leaves many feeling profoundly seen and understood. People with attachment wounding, who’ve been traumatized in relationships with humans, can often rediscover how to feel safe in relationships by working with the therapy horses.
