I do research and use it to inform my work. I’ve published scientific articles on compulsive sexual behavior disorder, depression, anxiety, stress, problem gambling, and adult ADHD. You will benefit from the latest research on what is effective in helping you attain your treatment goals and relief from emotional distress or mental health problems.
Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy by Dr. Sue Johnson and Dr. Les Greenberg. CBT training from Dr. Diane Spangler, a Beck Institute Certified CBT Therapist. I received my doctorate degree in clinical psychology, post-doctoral training in neuropsychology at UCLA, & post-doctoral training in clinical research through Harvard Medical School.
