Do your goals feel just out of reach or like it's not enough once you achieve them? Are you struggling to show up in relationships in the ways that you want to or are searching for more closeness and belonging? Does it feel like your anxiety takes over, overwhelms you or makes you feel stuck and like you’re running on empty? I believe that therapy provides an opportunity for growth and transformation by understanding what is holding you back. With warmth and curiosity I will help you to learn skills, coping mechanisms, and new ways of being to find a safe path forward, one step at a time.
Therapy with me will be genuine, collaborative, and judgement free. I work from a strength-based perspective and want to understand the full story of who you are. I take an integrative approach and weave in CBT, DBT, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices with other orientations that fit you best.
I work with adults and teens in individual, couples, or family therapy. I am available for in person sessions in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles or virtually throughout California.
