Financial circumstance shouldn't stop you from getting the support you deserve and that is why we offer a very generous sliding scale!
We start with a free consultation to make sure you are comfortable with your potential therapist. We help you by working with you to create goals to ease your worry and pain, and we offer many approaches to get to the finish line. We offer safe, inclusive, trauma informed, holistic therapy so you can take the first step toward health and wellness!

Groups
Adult Social Skills Group (Ages 20-30)
Weekly group for adults ages 20-30 who are looking for connection and social skills. Insurance accepted (no Tricare or Humana) and $30 self pay as well.
