Here at Roots Psychotherapy, we work best with people who are capable, thoughtful, and tired. You may be functioning well on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside—caught in repeating patterns with relationships, anxiety, or self-doubt. A lot of our clients want more than quick fixes; they’re looking for space to understand themselves more honestly and steadily over time. Therapy here is relational, paced, and focused on helping you feel less alone as you make sense of what isn’t working.

We offer therapy for anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions across ages and stages. Our work is paced and relational, focusing on understanding patterns rather than rushing solutions. We support kids, teens, adults, couples, and families in therapy that values steadiness, honesty, and real connection over time.
