Whether it be your 5-year-old voicing fears of sleeping alone because they fear the monster in the dark, your spirited middle schooler feeling like they don’t fit in with their peers, you’re a new mom navigating motherhood or you’re wanting to heal past emotional wounds. We are here to help teach, support, guide and encourage you to overcome, grow and succeed in the face of life’s hurdles. While life is filled with the unexpected, you don’t have to navigate it alone. We are here to help you through the rocky road each age and stage can bring.
Our therapists specialize in working with children, adolescents, families and adults. From struggles with anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation to grief and loss, work stress, trauma, care giver stress and then some, we are here to help. We offer individual and group therapy, as well as single session workshops and school based groups.

Road Map to Self-Confidence
Calling all 5th-8th graders! Join us Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10:00am-11:30am at Roots of Resilience for a single session workshop. Our focus will be on how healthy self-confidence impacts our mental health, growth mindset, identifying our strengths and values, and creating our own Values Board. We accept Aetna & BCBS and self-pay is $75. Contact our office with any questions or to reserve your spot! Space is limited to 12!
