A supportive space to navigate the unique challenges of military life and to focus on emotional support, coping strategies, and connection with other military spouses. Starting February 20th, every Wednesday at 5pm for 6 weeks.

Movie Series Social-Emotional Learning Groups
A therapy group open to both clients and non-clients, divided by grade level. Focus on social skills, communication, and coping techniques. Groups available for grades K-12. Starting February 18th & 19th (dependent on grade level) for 8 weeks.
