We understand how hard it is to know your child is struggling but not know exactly how to help. At Rooted Rhythm, we specialize in supporting highly sensitive, gifted, and neurodivergent children, teens, and their families. Our Montclair team supports anxiety, big emotions, ADHD, low self-esteem, behavioral challenges, school and friendship struggles, trauma, and family transitions. We believe behavior tells a story, and our work starts with understanding what is underneath it.
Our therapists use play therapy, attachment-based approaches, CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-informed methods based on each child’s needs. We work closely with parents so growth extends beyond the therapy room and into everyday family life. Our Montclair location currently has immediate in-person availability.
