We understand the challenge of knowing that your child is suffering (through symptoms of anxiety, sadness, aggression, defiance and/or low self esteem) but not knowing exactly how to support them. Our team of therapists (based in Denver, Dallas, and Atlanta) support highly sensitive and gifted children, as well as their parents, in addressing patterns that are holding them back from their greatest potential. In addition to having deep understanding of the sensitive child, our therapists are trained to support ADHD, oppositional defiance, post traumatic stress, and attachment trauma. When working with kiddos, we use play therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy methods that allow for a gentle healing process to unfold. We also work closely with parents to learn skills to attune more deeply to their children. What makes us unique is our dedication to setting clear treatment goals to support the whole family in a 12-week therapy process.
With adults, we offer talk therapy, somatic techniques, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy. We also provide EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) to target and clear specific traumas that may be contributing to current anxiety or sadness. Reach out today for a free consultation.
