Hello, I’m Sharon – a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Colorado Springs.
I’m passionate about helping people find healing, clarity, and empowerment in their lives. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative journey, grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of each person’s unique experience.

A key part of my practice involves utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process trauma and distressing life experiences. EMDR can be a powerful method for reducing the emotional impact of past events and promoting lasting emotional healing.
I also understand the demands of a busy life and offer evening and weekend appointments to help therapy fit more easily into your schedule.
