I work with adults who are used to holding a lot, especially caregivers, mothers, helping professionals, and First-Gen or bicultural adults. Many come in feeling anxious, burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected while navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, or the weight of caring for others. Through bilingual, relationship-centered, ecotherapy-informed therapy, I help clients reconnect with themselves, strengthen coping, and move toward greater grounding, confidence, and emotional sustainability. I offer therapy in English and Spanish with outdoor, in-office, and telehealth options.

Seasoned LCSW offering reflective, relationship-centered, ecotherapy-informed care. I interweave Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness with a preventative, early intervention lens.
