I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, familial discord, low self-esteem, and relational issues. I strongly believe in empowerment to improve your insight that leads to permanent change in your life by utilizing an integrative, client-centered approach. I am trained in Structural Family Therapy, Grief Counseling & Level 2 Reiki.
